What is a self mount album?
Self mount albums have a sheet of adhesive affixed to the page. The adhesive is covered with a release paper that you remove. Once removed, you apply the print on top of the adhesive. Some adhesives set up immediately and other adhesives take two to three days to set up a permanent bond.
What is DPI?
DPI stands for dots per inch. Some digital file formats record a DPI value, or more commonly a PPI (pixels per inch) value, which is to be used when printing the image. The lower the DPI the lower the image resolution.
What does de-boss mean?
Deboss means putting a permanent impression in the cover material.

What is a press printed album?
Press printed photo books are inexpensive books printed like a magazine. Often considered a "throw away" product because they are not made to last and cannot be repaired if damaged. These are readily available through retail stores.
What is the difference between an album and a photobook?
As stated above, photobooks are throw away products. Hand bound photo albums are built to last, utilizing traditional book binding techniques.
